Maison

Three bedroom house with a pull out bed in the computer/T.V. room. King size bed in the master bedroom and an ensuite. The other two bedrooms have bunk beds. Our home has all new floors up stairs. Another T.V room downstairs with a fooseball table and other games.
In our backyard we have a swingset,trampoline and alot of room to play soccer, baseball, bocce, horseshoes etc. We have a garden and a great porch (with a double grill BBQ) to sit and have meals or just watch your kids or friends have fun. We have an 18' round pool to set up in the summer. In our driveway we have a basketball hoop. We have bikes and skate boards too.
We have a fishing boat and a caravan that sleeps eight. We have a 4x4 truck that seats 6. And a van that seats 7. We have two bunnies in the backyard that pretty much take care of themselves. They are alot of fun to watch in the mornings and evenings bouncing around the yard.

Quartier

We live in a nice, small, quite, family orientated community just out of town (but only 12 mintue drive to city center). Great for bike riding and walks. Our neighbours are quite and friendly. The school is 3 blocks away and the bus half a block. The river is 5-10 minutes walk away. We are surrounded by beautiful mountains. There are two ski hills very close, one is 30 minutes away and the other 45 minutes. We are a 10 minute walk to a great tobogganing hill. There are many lakes with good fishing and camping close by.

À propos de nous

We are a family of six. We have a lot of pets (inside bunny, fish, toads, newts and a dog that is only allowed in the basemant). But we will have them all dispersed and taken care of. Apart from the two bunnies in the backyard that can take care of themselves but might need some water on those warm days.

Destination

We want a house in Christchurch .Time is a bit flexible but we want a year and to put the kids in school for a year in N.Z. in 2009. We want non-smokers in our house. No smoking at all in our house please. We would preferre a non-smoking house to go to.
