Our home was built in 2004 it is on a lake, we have a two and a half lot,sandy beach, dock, swimming dock, and two jet ski's. The master bedroom suite has King size bed, bath, w/i closet,and sitting/sunroom. Second guest room is a queen size bed with a bathroom that can be private to that room or becomes main bath during the day. Third bedroom is over garage and is a private apartment, kitchenette,full bath w/washer/dryer sitting area and queen size bed. Large kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 stall garage, deck, patio, screened room off of living room overlooking the lake and the morning sun. Also, a jacuzzi.

Quartier

The neighbors are summer residents so winters are very quiet and summers are fun and busy mostly on weekends, 1/4 mile from our home is a large community resort and we have access to the large body of water w/our pontoon boat docked there.

My husband and I share our home with our shih tzu, Mia, the kids are gone, we are non-smokers, but love to party and have people over. My husband loves to golf and this is golf mecca.

Destination

Simultaneous or non-simultaneous exchange, and dates are flexible
Summer months would like the northern east coastal area or coast be within easy driving.
Fall/Winter would like florida,texas,arizona anywhere there is 70 degree or more weather
