We offer you to stay in our 3 bedrooms house 10 kilometers away from Paris. The house offers a total surface of 190 sq m. You will benefit from our private indoor swimming pool and tennis court. The house is fully equiped and will provide a real French experience. You will enjoy the proximity to Paris and the local peacefull area where you can enjoy a walk along the river Marne and many local markets for French food experience. We have 3 bedrooms all equiped with a private bathroom, there is also a lovely terrace with direct access to the swimming pool where you can enjoy barbecues.

Quartier

We live in a peacefull residential area. A car is most needed to go shopping and to go and enjoy the river banks of la Marne where you could go and have nice walks. In the surroundings you will find a lot of wonderfull shops (bakery, meat shops, wine shops, clothing...). It is only 10 kilometers away from paris on the Eastern side of the subburbs. It is not far from Eurodisney. It is ideal to have a familly experience of Paris, visiting during day time and relaxing during the evenings in a confortable house.

À propos de nous

We are a young couple. Romain is 29 years old and I am 33. We have a 7 years old boy, Tom. He would be more than happy to share any of his toys. We have bought this house two years ago and are enjoying it very much. I work as a Property Developer in an English company and Romain is Revenue Managment Director for the Marriott's hotels in Paris. We are very easy going, friendly and love having people at home. Romain is a very good cook and I like reading, playing tennis. Romain plays Golf. Inside the house you would find eveything if you wish to play these sports. Of course we will do our best for you to have an unforgettable saty in France and enjoy Paris.

Destination

We are very happy to do a non simultaneous exchange when the house is free during Christmas period of time or during our ski holiday. Our house will be free three weeks in August 2008 so that you are very welcome to stay during this period of time (2nd to 23rd of August 2008). We would love to go to Italy for one or two weeks during that period of time. fell free to contact us for any other week that could be convenient for you.
