Maison

Our flat is on the 2nd floor of a 4 storey building with a lift. It is a 3 bedroom flat; a single, a double and one with bunkbeds. In the single bedroom we have our computer with Internet access (broadband). There is one bathroom and one separate toilet. We have a kitchen that seats 4 adults and 2 children. Our livingroom is fairly large and there is also a balcony outside.

Outside we have a common garden which you can use. It has a playground for children, tables and chairs, a grill where you can barbecue.

We have two bikes for adults with bicycle seats for children (they can be taken off).

Since we have small children our home is well prepared for a family.

Quartier

We live in a quiet suburb of Stockholm called Nacka. It takes 15 minutes into central Stockholm with the bus. The bus stop is 2 minutes away.

If you walk 10 minutes in one direction you will come to our local mall and if you walk 10 minutes in the other direction you will come to the sea where you can take a ferry boat out to the beautiful archipelago of Stockholm and if you finally walk 10 minutes in yet another direction you will come to a green area.

It is a great place for children. Nearby there is a park with swings and slides where children can play. And there is also a tennis court you can use.

One of our childrens favourite places to visit is Junibacken. "At Junibacken you can explore the worlds of Astrid Lindgren's well-loved books for children. We are a family of 4; Emma (33 years), a Teacher, Jonas (34 years), project leader at http://nobelprize.org/ and 2 children (Boy 2½ years and girl 4½ years). We enjoy sports and cultural activities including music.

Jonas is allergic to furred animals so therefore we can’t stay in your home if there has been a dog or some other kind of furred animal there. You can’t bring a furred animal into our home either.

We can communicate in German and French if necessary, but we are absolutely not fluent at all.
