Maison

90 square meters, well equipped (tools, washer and dishwasher), with plenty of closet space and original ancient furniture.
Two bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with a bunk bed (a twin on a double), plus an extra foldable bed and a cot. A dining and a living room, with double sofa bed and large CRT (cable pay) TV, a bathroom with bathtub and bidet and kitchen with table for two. Individual heating and air conditioning. Wireless Internet.

Quartier

he apartment is located in a lively central residential area.
The starting point of your visits by public transportation are four bus lines at one block (<200 m/0.12 mi) and many more at 500 m/0.31 mi. Direct connection to Roma Termini (2.9 km/1.8 mi), the main railway station and air terminal, and to the main attractions.
At walking distance: Villa Torlonia, with the Villa of Mussolini and of the Royal family. Conveniently located near the CNR, the first Universities of Roma "La Sapienza" (2.8 km/1.74 mi) and Luiss Guido Carli (0.9 km/0.56 mi).

À propos de nous

We live in Tuscany.
I am engineering professor at the university. We have visited for months, several times, Stanford and the MIT. We have two boys (3 and 5) and three girls (1, 7 and 11), quiet and well behaved. The smallest two sleep in a cot, which we can bring.
No pets, smoking or alcohol.
We are clean and reserved. We take good care of stuff and expect the same. Mom is a good cook. We will bring our vacuuming and washing robots.

Destination

For July August 2011 we look for 10-20 days in the Carribean, at walking distance from a beach.

Considering that we have small children, we need easy access to facilities and shopping.

Paris France, last full week of January, every year.

Every year, in winter we are looking for one week in the mountains. To be reached by car from Italy. We need to be at walking distance from the skiing facilities, because my wife does not ski and she will need to look after the smallest ones.

Every year, in summer we are looking for at least two weeks near the sea (you can split your stay in Rome of more than one week in two visits). Again, we need to be very close to a beach suitable for small children.

Open to any destination.
