Maison

The appartment is 40 m², 6th floor (with elevator), under roof, very shiny.
It has one big living room, a separate bathroom and kitchen.
The "bedroom" is only separated from the living room by a curtain.
The floor is in wood.
And there is a nice terrace with table and chairs + a view and St-Vincent-de Paul on your left, roofs of Paris on your right and a little place on the bottom.

Quartier

the neighborhood is quite nice and quiet. our appartment is in the heart of the 9th arrondissement. That means you're only 5 minutes away by foot from the Sacré-Coeur of Montmartre, about 10 minutes by subway from the Opera or 15 minutes by subway from the Louvres.
There's plenty of subway lines near the appartment, and especially the Gare du Nord station that goes to Charles de Gaule Airport

À propos de nous

We are a gay couple of both 29 years old so our appartment is cute and clean, lol !
I (Johann) am a teacher in french, history and geography.
My boyfriend is a lyric singer.

Destination

Specific region at the moment : New York City (Manhattan).
Since, I am a teacher, I can be very flexible on the dates.
Especially during summer hollidays (from begining of july to end of august)
