We would like to swap homes, simultaneously or not simultaneously (it doesn't matter to us). We are open to any proposition of destination. We'll welcome you in our 70 square meters appartment in the very center of Paris. Located in the historical neighborhood of Le Marais, this unique appartment under the roofs will ravish you. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 main room (main room with a view over Paris roofs and the the Eiffel tower), high-speed internet, cable TV, washing and cleaning machine, modern kitchen : this appartment is incredibly confortable. Calm, with a lot of light, designed by an architect, this appartment is located in a nice old buildind with elevator. With a lot of charm and all the modern comfort, this appartment will make your stay in Paris just unforgettable.

Quartier

Ideally located, the appartment is in the very center of Paris, where you can find everything. It's 5 min by foot from the Picasso museum and the place de la République, 10 min from the place des vosges and the Pompidou center (modern art museum of Paris), 15 min from the place de la Bastille and the place de l'hôtel de ville (Paris cityhall) and 20 min from Notre-dame (Paris cathedral) and 30 min from the Louvre (main museum of Paris). Off course every shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, etc. that you can imagine are just two minuts by foot from the appartment. There is a supermarket just around the corner as well as a typical french market. The nearest metro station is Filles du calvaire or Republique.

À propos de nous

We are a young but very mature married couple. I'm 26 and my husband is 30 years old. My husband is a PhD in biology and I gratuated in political sciences. We are both no smoking people. Very responsible and reliable, we've already exchanged homes before and it was a great experience. We both speak english and French (but I also speak german, spanish and portuguese). Since we also have a country house near Paris, we can manage to let you our appartment almost any time convenient to you in case of a non simultaneous swap.

Destination

We are open to exchange anywhere anytime if your offer seems tempting, so we're open to any proposal. We can manage non simultaneous swaps if necessary. But for us the easiest to times to travel are :
- From December the 20th to January the 5th
- One week in February
- One week in April
- From May the 1st to May the 8th
- During End of July of during the month of August
