Maison

A two-apartments house recently restored, but maintaining the ancient feeling of stone walls, wood beans, terracotta tiles. Each apartment is 90 sqm. Two bedrooms and a large living hall,with a sofabed. A fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with WC and shower. A garden for your exclusive use, with garden furniture. The house is part of a small complex, made of three typical houses and is immersed in the nature, very quite.

Quartier

The closest town is Rignano sull'Arno (4km) and Florence is 20 km away. In order to avoid the city traffic from Rignano to Florence you may use the train.
Nearby, there is a camping's pool.
You may experience to buy the pecorino cheese from the local cheese-maker and the faboulous meat "fiorentina" . For the wine, .. it's Tuscany, and we are close to the heart of the Chianti region.
You may rent an horse, too, for a walk around the hills

À propos de nous

This is the family house of my wife and her sister. We normally live elsewhere, and we spend there the weekends and vacation periods with our families. We have three children, now 11,17 and 20.
No problem to communicate in English.

Destination

We are looking to spend Easter holiday in NYC. The exchange could occur in any other date in our Florence's house
