Cedar and log home on 5 acres with over 300 ft. frontage on the beautiful Guadalupe River. There is a hot tub on the back deck, gas grills and fire pits on the back patios, outdoor furniture to seat 18, an inground swimming pool in the fenced back yard. There is a lighted gazebo with a table and chairs by the river.
The house is devided into three sections with separate entrances. The Farmhouse has two bedrooms and two baths and sleeps 6. Fully equipped kitchen and two color TV's with DVD's and wireless internet. The "Texas Room" (Log Cabin) has one queen bed with a full bath and is furnished with a sofa, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and color TV with DVD. The "Paris Hotel" (Room above the Garage) has 3 queen beds, a queen sleeper, full bath, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and color TV with DVD. Coming soon...."Asia Room" (behind the garage) wil have a queen size bed, sofa, color TV, full bath, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker.
Our home is a short walk to historic Gruene (after the bridge is finished; May 2008) "www.gruenetexas.com" and a short drive to all the wonderful sights and attractions in New Braunfels. San Antonio is less than 20 miles away and Austin is less than 4o miles away. Canyon Lake is less than 20 miles away. Being here is like being on vacation everyday.

Quartier

The home is located on a dead end street, so there is minimal traffic. The back yard is gorgeous and the river is clean and beautiful. We are a short tube ride down river from the Gruene Bridge.

Our family includes my wife and myself. We are ordained ministers, hypnotherapists, massage therapists, and certified in EFT. We enjoy the outdoors, mountains, lakes, and we do volunteer work for disaster relief.
