Maison

The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator. 2 bedrooms (a master bedroom with a double bed, twin beds in the other bedroom). Large dining room with a couch (convertible into bed). Kitchen fully equiped, 2 terraces on each side of the apartement and one bathroom.
The apartement is very clear and sunny with many windows and the main terrace is equiped with chairs a table and a deckchair. All amenities (TV, washing machine, microwave...)are also provided.
It's a very comfortable place to live and can house 4 to 5 people max.

Quartier

The neighborhood is a small town called Cannes La Bocca. The apartment is located right behind the town center. The town center is very lively; it has a fresh market everyday, restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarket, bakeries...The apartement is 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and 15 minutes from the Cannes city center. Cannes is full of fancy shops, casinos, restaurants and the famous marina and beachfront. One of the attraction is of course climbing the stairs of the famous Cannes midem that houses the Cannes Festival every year.
Thanks to several bus stops just outside the apartment and within the town center, you are just a short ride away from other in-land charming Provence towns (St-Paul de Vence is one of many exmple); Cannes is also accesible by bus.
During the month of August, the Cannes La Bocca town gets even more livelier with free open concerts and extended markets (fresh local food, clothes, antiques..) on week ends.
It's sunny and hot in the summer; typical Mediterranean climate.

À propos de nous

We are a family of four (2 adults, 2 children). We like to make family summer trips abroad during the summer. We speak french, english and spanish. We are particulary interested in visiting North America (US & Canada especially) but are open to other offers. We are fond of beautiful scenery but we also like being part of a vibrant city life.

Destination

Dates are more or less flexible, depends on the offer. The exchange can be at non simultaneous but, again, it depends on the offer.
We are open to all destinaton but withi our range of choices in the US & Canada, we particularly like NY, Florida, California or BC for Canada.
