3 bedroom centrally located house - 15 minutes walk to the city centre, adjacent to public transport and Cork airport, and a great base for travelling to West Cork/Kerry with Clonakility only 45 minutes away and Killarney just over an hour away. The house is an end of terrace property, built in the 1940s and has recently been refurbished. It has two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and a third bedroom/study plus kitchen/living/dining space downstairs. It has small front and rear gardens and a private parking space.

Quartier

The neighbourhood is a settled area of the city with a mix of young families and more mature people. There is good public traansport facilities, a library, shop, park/playground and church closeby.

we are a grand mother, mother and son of 6 years who wish to participate in an exchange in order to further explore the country of which we are so enamoured and to learn the language.

Destination

Our preference is the North/North West of France - Normandy, Brittany etc. but we are open to all areas.
