Large family home, 5 yrs old set on an acre of lawn and gardens. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms and study with 2 living areas,ensuite to main bedroom and separate bathroom.Front veranda and large deck overlooking the backyard. Downstairs granny flat with living area, small kitchen, laundry shower and toilet. set on an acre of land on Mt Tamborine. Features include indoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, plasma tv upstairs and cable.

Quartier

Tamborine Mt a plateau of 7km long and up to 3km wide, consists of 3 village areas, Eagle Heights, North Tamborine and Mt Tamborine (where we live.) It is a popular holiday getaway spot featuring green rural areas, national parks,and tourist outlets of art, crafts, wineries, antiques, boutique cheese factory and distillery, restaurants and coffee shops and a popular spot fo rhanggliders. The Gold Coast is a haven for visitors from all over the world, featuring beautiful white sand beaches, great surf, warm weather all year round, numerous shopping centres, the famous glitter strip of Surfers Paradise and Australia's top theme parks, Dreamworld, Wet n Wild, Movieworld (all 20 minutes from our door) and Sea World, (40minutes away).
Tamborine Mt is 1hr drive from Queensland's capital city, Brisbane and the International airport. We live in a street of other homes on acerage close to a shop, hotel and parks.

À propos de nous

We are a couple, Geoff and Sharon with 3 grown chn aged 22, 20 and 18. Our locaton allows us to enjoy both the glitzand surf of the Gold Coast (30minutes drive) and the beauty and quietness of the mountain. Geoff has an insurance and banking business and I am a teacher. Our main interests are waterskiing are and boating. Geoff is a keen fisherman and I like to paint.

Destination

This can be a non simultaneous exchnge for the dates of 20 Sept to 23 Oct. From 23 Oct t 15 Nov, we are looking for a simultaneous exchange.
We are willing to exchange automobiles, we are offering a 2007 4 wheel drive and are looking for a small vehicle in good condition in return.

We don't have pets for you to care for but are willing to care for yours.
