It has a floor area of 85sq.m./915sq.ft. plus a 45sq.m./485sq.ft. roof terrace with an open view -a real luxury in a city like Athens! It has a spacious living/dining room, open plan kitchen, one bedroom with queen-size bed, a large, luxurious bathroom and a separate w/c. It is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned and has wireless high-speed internet access. Furnishings and decoration are kept minimal and, as this is our second home, it is almost free of personal stuff.

Quartier

The apartment is situated in a quiet, safe residential area close to the Olympic Stadium of Athens. Public transport, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies and a few restaurants and cafés are within 2-10 mins. on foot. Kifissias Avenue, with its many shopping and entertainment facilities, is less than 1 km / half a mile away. It's about 15-30 mins. to the city center, 25-30 mins. to the airport and 40-50 mins. to the sea.
