Maison

We offer our recent provencal-style villa (240m²) with 4 bedrooms, patio, bbq, outdoor private swwimming pool and garden.
Inside modern furniture and provencal-style kitchen, 2 nice bathrooms with bath and shower, DSL computer.
We also have a car and 6 bicycles.
We ask to take care of our cat, Isis.
Food shops in the village, 8 mn walk and a large shopping center 5mn by car. Aix en Provence is 5 km, a bus stops is 10 m from the house.

Quartier

The house is situated in a quiet surrounding with big trees providing shadow against the hot sun of summer.
Aix en Provence, the city of Cézanne is a nice and animated beautiful small town.
Further Marseille (30 mn by car), Arles or Avignon (1 hour), Camargue, St Rémy de Provence and Les Baux...
Mediterranean Sea and beaches are 40 mn by car.
Paris 3H by high-speed train (TGV)

We are a non-smoking family with 3 teenagers (19, 16 and 14). François is consultant in business information technologies, Marie-Laurence is documentalist in high school and the children are still students.
We speak english and italian.
