Stay in our lovingly restored detached barn, recently converted to a very high standard with all modern convieniences.Set in spacious grounds with beautiful views you will not be dissapointed with your stay.The barn is very spacious and a warm and inviting place to be , furnished to a very high standard with 2 enormous bedrooms,large living room, spacious kitchen,utility room,bathroom with seperate shower and useful extra wc. The house has heating to all rooms so can be used all year round.The kitchen has a dishwasher and stainless steel range, table that can seat 6, and beautiful views over fields.The lounge is a cozy retreat,large comfy sofa,sky tv,dvd player with french doors out on to the outside eating area.There is a useful utility room that provides a washing machine.We use the barn as a holiday retreat but it is very well equipped and a real home from home.

The property is set in its own gardens surrounded by beautiful views with valley walks on you doorstep.Set in a small hamlet within walking distance to a local restaurant. There are many local attractions including the famous Mont St michel a medieval and monastic village built on a rocky island reached by a causeway topped with a medieval abbey.The area is famous for its calvados and cider making. There are lakes and waterfalls within 10 minutes drive and several historic market towns to visit including Avrances with its own castle only a 10 minutes drive.There are several beaches to visit which are all sand, the sea takes on a emerald colour this area is known by the french as the emerald coast.Take a drive to St malo( about an hour) and discover this beautiful walled medieval city with its many fish restaurants and georgeous beaches you can even take a day trip to Jersey.If all that isnt enough to tempt you could visit one of the many war museums or sample the loacl wine and cheese at one of the many supermarkets near by.

We are Bruce Sam and our daughter Elin 10 We live in Norwich, England but we have a holiday home in france which we also house swap.Bruce is a gas engineer and I work for an estate agent.We love cycling and walking and love to go to the beach.
