Over looking Kusadasi offering amazing seaviews, just 10 mins walk of town & beach.
This spacious and brightly furnished apartment has a large open plan living room/kitchen with air-co opening onto a large balcony with pool & seaviews. Master bedroom with ensuite & air-co, 1 x double bedroom, 1 x twin bedroom with balcony. Main bathroom has bath and over bath shower.

Enjoy a lazy day but the 220 m2 pool, seperate childrens pool both surrounded by an extensive cream marble sun terrace and Olive trees. Sun loungers & padded matresses provided.

Onsite 24 hours security, car park and lift to all floors.

Kusadasi is a vibrant cosmopolitan town offering a endless choice of restaurants, bars, shopping and excursions. Ephesus which is "one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World" is situated within a 15 min drive away. Getting around is very easy due to the local mode of transport "Dolmus" or minibus service. Enlgish & many other European languages are widely spoken.

I am originally from Cork Ireland, my husband Bulent is from Kusadasi, I have lived in Kusadasi for the past 14 years and love it's relaxed atmosphere and way of life.
We have a Property Development Company which is based in Kusadasi but with sub offices all around Turkey.

To relax, we enjoy travel, food, music and exploring new cutlures.
