Maison

The house we are offer, it´s our summer/holidays place. It´s in front of the sea, with marvellous views.It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen open to the living and two terraces. The house has four levels. Comfortable but simple and functional furnished.
There is community swimming pool, nice views and quiet.
In ground floor is the kitchen, living and terrace.
In first floor, main bedroom, bathroom, and terrace.
Second floor, bedroom with balcony, bathroom.
Third floor, under roof with window, bedroom with three beds.
The kitchen has refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave. The lounge has television and dvd.



Quartier

The residence is located in a group of 30 semidetached houses. The neighborhood is quiet and familiy.
It hasn't of private garage, it´s community parking area.
The beach is very near, and Calpe is full of tourist atractions, sportives and situated 20 km to Benidorm, 65 km to Alicante, and 100 km to Valencia.
Going down some stairs there's a small beach of stones and a bit further a big beach of sand. The town of Calpe has two marvellous beaches.
In the proximities there is all kinds of commercial services, of leisure, sports, etc. In Calpe there is a center of health and to less than 20 km a hospital.

À propos de nous

we´re a big family, parents (my husband is an architect and I work in fare trades) and six children between two and twelve years old (two girls 11 and 8 years old, and four boys 10, 6, 5 and 2 years old. We´re looking for an exchange with a family living in a city of Europe, open to offers.
We are very used to travel with our children, we have done several interesting exchanges to France, and Italy.
We're very respectful and careful people.
