Private home built 2005 california style with ethnic touches, wireless internet, cable tv, 32" flatscreen, gourmet kitchen with granit counters and all the modern conveniences, all stainless steel applicances, expresso coffee machine, regular coffee machine, dishwasher, wine-fridge, 6 burner gas range, including the bbq area on the patio. 2 large french doors open onto the intimate patio and pool for outdoor dining and living. Cedar cathedral ceilings throughout the living area and patio for tropical breezes. Bedrooms all have air conditioning. 2 bedrooms with each1 queen size bed with pillow top mattresses. 3rd bedroom for children with trundle bed. 2 bathrooms with showers, security safe, a 3 bicycles. Cleaning included 2x weekly as well as several discounts on local activities come with use of our home ie, canopy tour, horseback riding, crocodile jungle safari. taxi Pick-up at airport arranged right to the house or referral to reliable rental car co. (not included) remote controled entry for vehicles.

Quartier

The 1st prestigious family neighbourhood of Jaco, hosting a multitude of international expatriotes living year-round. Taxis can be flagged down on the street to get to town for as little as $1.50. (2 mins.) Parking with electric gates for 2 vehicles and the property is all enclosed for your security as well as having a guard at the entrance of the residential district.

À propos de nous

We are Canadians french and English Jaco for 20 years, watching it develop and have become involved in the community at some levels. Our daughters have both graduated from Highschool here and now moving on to other levels of education which permits us to get out and travel to see them back in Canada. We are able to do non-simutaneous exchanges for this reason. We have travelled extensely before the child-rearing years and wish to enrich ourselves again.
