My duplex is located within easy-access (10min by bus) of the center of the city"Pamplona" but far enough to be quiet and relaxing. It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, other with a bunk for two people and another room which is a study but can accomodate another bed. It has two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. It also has a big living-room (30 sqm), a nice kitchen well equipped and a big terrace facing a very big garden and two swimmingpools. It is a wonderful place to eat outside or to sunbathe. The flat has newly furnished and equipped with all cons: washing machine, microwave, oven, washing machine, drier, computer, internet conexion, TV, DVD, video etc.You may use the commoun places as squash, meeting rooms,playing basket ball or tennis room
The neighbours are quiet and nice.

Quartier

The neighbourhood is full of life during the day and quiet at night. There're many children´s park and the square is full of children and people. There're many walks surrounding and many different services, banks,etc. There are local shops and big supermarkets in the area. My flat is in the middle of the neighbourhood so everything can be reached walking.
There are also pubs and restaurants in the area and the city"Pamlona" centre is ten minutes away by bus. The bus stops is in the corner of my house.
There are lots of young families but also quite a few older people around.
My city is located in the north of Spain, one hour away from the Pyrenees and one hour and a half away from France. The beach is also one hour away by car. Moreover, it is a great place to visit all the Basque country (San Sebastian and Bilbao) and the most famous wine area in Spain, La Rioja.During 2008 you can visit the Expo in Zaragoza which is one and a half hour from here.

My city is very famous because of San Fermin, from the 6th to the 15th of July,which is a world-wide known festival. Pamplona becomes full of people (more than two million of visitors) and the city is full of fun and extraordinary happenings. The most famous feature of san fermin is that every morning the bulls run in some streets. It is called the running of the bulls.
