nice appartment, 2 rooms, full equipped kitchen, 2nd floor, in a very quiet courtyard with the metro down the street.

nice Brasserie and Cafés around, a big concert Café 5 mn away (rock, pop, reggae...)

charming and helpful neighbours, among them quite a few anglophones.

Quartier

popular, large mixity of white, black, jews, asian...but also very secure...so a good ambiance.

we are closed to the Cimetary of Père Lachaise (famous cimetary where many artists are buried -Jim Morrisson for instance), we are also closed to the wood of Vincennes.

we are Etienne & Roseline, young Parents of Martin, born april 2007

we were born in 74 and 70.

we have many jazz albums at home, i'm a big fan of Chet Baker
there's is a mechanical piano at home which can be put into silencious function so you can play anytime

we also have a car you can use and you can find place to park with a little patience of, let's say, 10 minutes...

Destination

simultaneous exchange only because our flat is our principal residency

here's the google maps link to check where it is in Paris and you can see its 8 kms from Champs Elysees and Eiffel Tower. we live just near the Père Lachaise.
