100m2 flat + 80m2 rooftop terrace in a residential area, 10 mins walk from beaches and the beautiful city centre of San Sebastian. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with eating area, spacious living room, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. All the usual appliances are available including, washing machine, dish washer, digital TV, DVD and internet.There is also an eating area on the terrace. Our house is child friendly as we have 2 boys aged 9 and 7. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walking and the area is well known for it's gastronomical interest. We are a 15 min drive from France, 35 mins from Biarritz airport and 60 mins from Bilbao.

Quartier

Although the flat is in a residential area you can reach all the main attractions, beaches, city centre, old part, port area by a short 15 min walk. There are good local bus services and we are close to rail and transport links. The city offers lots of cultural opportunities, music, theatre, restaurants, fiestas etc. as well as childrens activities, parks, playgrounds, beaches, swimming pools, bicycle rides, etc.

We are a family of four, Xabier an industrial designer, Sarah an English teacher, Alex 9, into sport and playing the trumpet, and Michael 7 who likes reading and board games. We speak Spanish, English, a little French and Basque.
