Spanish Colonial home overlooking the water in Sausalito, California, beautiful little town across the bay from San Francisco. House is walking distance to San Francisco ferry and many shops and restaurants. 10 minutes drive to Marin Headlands, Golden Gate Bridge and beautiful northern California beaches. House has two bedrooms: master with queen size bed and child's room with two twin beds (can use together as king bed.)
Surrounded by small gardens and sun deck, spectacular views from balcony and roof deck as well as from entire interior. Remodeled in 2005, six-burner Viking stove, swap includes use of cherry red, 1964 Austin Healey Sprite.

Quartier

Sausalito is one of the top tourist destinations in the world. Across the bay from San Francisco, it is a charming waterfront town featuring dozens of shops and restaurants in buildings that date from the 1800's. Sausalito is known for its picturesque houseboats, beautiful sailboat marinas and its slightly off-kilter charm.
Our home is just outside the busy downtown area, in the small neighborhood surrounding Caladonia St. We can walk to most things in less than 15 minutes, including the ferry that runs to San Francisco six times a day. The Marin headlands, part of the spectacular National Park that runs along the coast is a ten minute drive, as is the Golden Gate Bridge.

We are a professional couple with a small child. We enjoy living in an urban environment that also offers such wonderful access to nature and outdoor activities.

Destination

We'd like to spend a week in NYC and are very interested in a beach house anywhere warm
