Maison

We live in Montmartre, in a quiet and sunny apartment, make for a perfect home base for a Paris stay. In the fith floor (with elevator) on a 19th century building, our apartment is typically Parisian with hardwood floor.
The large windows leading to the balcony let in lots of light (south exposition).
- 1 double living room/dining room (with sofabed for 2 persons)
- 1 bedroom with a queen size bed
- 1 kitchen with all modern appliances including fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine
- 1 bathroom with bath.
DSL, wi-fi access, cable, DVD.

If you don't mind, you could have our cat, Ernest, taking board with you. He can be left at home if you take short trip.
Otherwise, let us know, we will find an alternative solution.

Quartier

We are in Montmartre ; the Sacré Cœur is at the top of our street. The neighbourhood is so typical, the heart of montmartre, with many cafes, restaurants, fashion shops, bakeries, etc.

We are a two minute walk from the nearest metro station (Lamarck-Caulaincourt – line 12) from where you can get (direct way) to Champs Elysées, Louvre, marché aux puces de Paris, Grands Magasins. There is also a 24 hr bus connection and a taxi station at our corner. « Vélib’ » stations (rent bike) are all a few minutes away for those who like to cycle.

Supermarkets, market twice a week, 5 minutes walk distance.

We are a couple, Olivier (34) working in furniture and Nathalie (33) working in music production. We are married for 2 years and we speak french and english (a little bit).
We love good food and good wine ; exhibition, cinema ; reading, listening music, rambling and travel.

Destination

The specified dates are wholly flexible, we are opened to any proposal. We would wish more precisely big city like New York, San Fransisco, Barcelona, Tokyo; but we like also contryside, warm and sunny area, wild space, etc.
