18th Century building, painted white, nicely furnished with modern accessories, fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, two small single bedrooms, one double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, air conditioning, large terrace with barbecue, right in the centre of Gaeta, next to all shopping facilities, restaurants and bar, 15 minutes walk from the nicest beach, 1 minute walking to the sea.

Quartier

Perfect for a relaxing summer holiday. Ideal for warm winters. Gaeta is half way between Rome and Naples, close to the Amalfi coast, Pompei and Capri and Ponza islands and is a splendid seaside town with beautiful views and many religious and historic buildings. The town has many medioeval lanes and streets. There is a large castle, Roman monuments and wonderful beaches. The apartment is in one of the little alleys (Vichi) that start from Via della Indipendenza (with all the shops and craft centres nearby) and leads to the sea at Lungomare Caboto where you can find the harbour and buy fish directly from the fishing boats.

À propos de nous

We are a family of four. Alfonso, 45, is a vascular surgeon, Cecilia, 43, is a Governement official. Children, boy and girl, aged 12 and 10. We live in Rome and we love travelling. We are Italian and we all speak perfect English - we lived in London for four years - Cecilia also speaks a little Spanish and French.

Destination

can be a non-simultaneous exchange, dates are flexible. We love New York and London but we are open to other destinations
