Maison

this is our beach house which is available all year round. it is a basic house but has everything required and is very comfortable and quiet. there is a park with a children's playground across the road and the beach is 2 minutes walk. it is a quiet and peaceful beach which is not heavily populated and it is a 30 minute drive from the centre of Dunedin city. the children are well provided for with toys and games.

Quartier

it is a very quiet neighbourhood, many of the houses are holiday homes and there are just a few year round residents. a car is required as there is no public transport. there is an empty section next door, so there is plenty of privacy.

À propos de nous

we have recently sold our dairy farm and have taken the opportunity to have all the holidays we have missed out on in the past. we are currently investing in property in our local area and have some spare time to travel.

we are flexible and can make our beach house available all year round. we are flexible as to where we stay
