Our condo is a one bedroom/ one bathroom apartment that we use to rent it for short term vacations, so its ready for guests. You will find no personal things, it has everything you need for a great vacation,it comes fully equipped (linens, sheets, utensils, etc) is very bright and clean.
It has a nice view to the pool and intracoastal waterways.

Nestled between the Intracoastal Waterways and the manicured fairways of Turnberry Isle resort and Country Club, you'll find the prestigious Yacht Club Condominium at Aventura. Expended over 12 and a half acres of lush prime land, this charming Mediterranean-style village is a secluded enclave of 9 pastel colored buildings with barrel tiled roof lines, graceful archways, sparkling fountains and elegant terraces.

I use to travel with my family (3 kids 9, 7, 2 years and husband) or with a friend.

I'm from Argentina but I live at Weston Florida now.
This is not our primary residence.

Destination

I'm looking for an apartment in New York city for me and a friend for 3 or 4 days on May 27 to 30.
This can be a non- simultaneous exchange.
