Sleeps 8, 3 BR, 3 BA + 4th sleeping area, 2 master suites with queen beds, two twins in 3rd bedroom and 1 set of bunks in 4th sleeping area. 2568 sq ft, double car garage, single level, spacious kitchen with slab granite counters and all new cookware, new furnishings and decor.

Hot tub, 42" LCD TV in living room, 2 additional flat screen TVs in bedrooms, 2 DVD players, BOSE stereo, wireless internet, BBQ, large gas fireplace, basketball hoop. Nice grassy backyard for kids to play, outdoor dining on the deck.

Sunriver Oregon is located in Central Oregon and is paradise for those who love the out of doors. There is no bad time to visit. Our summers are beautiful and warm (no humidity) - and offer hiking, biking, golf, tennis, kayaking, canoeing, fishing lakes/rivers everywhere, world calss golf at Sunriver resort and Crosswater. The winters are just as much fun with skiing, snowmobiling, snow shoeing and of course snowball fights! All of this is in our backyard.

We are offering our vacation home in the hopes we can swap and travel with our children (ages 7 and 9). We are real estate agents and investors in Central Oregon and love it. The house we are offering was our primary residence for 5 years. It is a great home for famalies and has been very well maintained.
