Maison

A secluded upstairs apratment in the small beach town of Seal Beach. Two bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom with shower and tub. Above a small breakfast/lunch bakery, have breakfast delivered or sit in the beautiful courtyard.
Shops line Main Street which is 3 blocks long (we live on it). A small movie theatre next door, fish frys, a pier with a restaurant at the end. Several bars, restaurants and library with in a block.
Surfing, fishing and other wather sports 2 blocks away.
5 minutes from Long Beach with the Queen Mary (great Brunch and tour there). 25 minutes from Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm.
45 minutes to Hollywood.
Lax airport is 30 minutes away, Long Beach airport is about 12 minutes away.
We are a Mother/Son family, loooking to stay in a small place in Utah with access to hiking. Either Zion or Canyonlands (Springdale and Moab preferred) No pets, no babies (stairs),

Quartier

Very quiet town, a green belt to walk in, the beach to run on, busses a block away to take you to Long Beach if you wish.
Lots of friendly people and shop keepers. Our nick name is "Iowa by the sea" Homey and folksy, yet a night life if you like.

We are a mother son combo. My 17 year old son is an A student, likes to play basketball and work out at a gym and hike in the canyons with me.We have been to Canyonlands hiking 5 times and Springdale/Zion twice. We love the area.
We are clean, quiet and have no pets.
I am 40+, single and like to hike, sit in a hot tub and read.
I sell franchises and do alot of volunteer work. I once carried the Olympic torch and donated a kidney to a Dr in New York.
We are good people, we would be looking for other dependable, people with integrity to stay in our home.

Destination

We want to stay in Moab, Utah or Springdale, Utah close to hiking during my son's school spring break March 18-22, 2008.
Simultaneous is best for us.

We would consider Denver for a short 3 day stay some other time of year.
