New Spacious 4 ½ One Bedroom located in Sorel Tracy, only 2 years old, in the province of Quebec, Canada Large computer room (w/ walk-in closet) which could be easily converted into a 2nd bedroom (2 places sofa bed), kitchen w/ dishwasher and other great appliances and a tiled bathroom. Leather sofas, Tv, Xbox 360. Lots of closet space throughout. The bedroom is large enough: we have a king-sized bed.
This beautiful unit is bright and airy, situated on the 1st floor. Wood floatting floors, no carpet. Quiet area for quiet people only.

Quartier

Our neighorhood is nice, quiet and simple.
You can come back home late at night, absolutely no safety concern.

A lot of things to do and see around: cruise, canoe , kayak, rabaska rental for the UNESCO international territory of the St-Pierre Lake and the Sorel 103 islands,
3 Golfs, Arts, theatres, 1 movie theatre, a lot of good restaurants down town + a verry nice Irish pub too: http://www.pubocallaghans.com/

QUIET GETAWAY AREA.... BUT IF YOU WANT TO MOVE YOU GO IN THE BIG CITY OF MONTREAL JUST A 1HR AWAY: Clubs, Casinos, a lots of fines restaurants, La Ronde ( attraction park), Old port of Montreal with a verry old french architecture.... and so much more ...

But if you like Old architecture you most go to the famous city of Quebec ..... about 2 1/2 hr drive so beautifull....
