Maison

Our new home is perfect for a winter vacation. We live on a canal, with a boatslip. So bring your boat. We are less than a mile from the beach, and close to the national seashore. Our kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless appliances. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom, and a huge glass block, walk in shower. To get a virtual tour go to google and type in 15322 Tortuga. Home exchange need not be simultaneous.

Quartier

We live on North Padre Island off Corpus Christi Texas. The streets in our neighborhood are all on canals. It's great for boating, biking, or walking. Our residents are from all over, and have settled here to take advantage of the beach and weather. Corpus Christi is just over the causeway, so shopping and restaurants are close by.

À propos de nous

We are recently retired from the health profession, Bill from the pharmaceutical industry, and Laurie a registered nurse. We spend the winter months in Texas, and summers on our island in Minnesota on the Canadian border. I guess you could say we are water people and boaters! We rent our home during the summer while we are "up north" but our home is available in winter for an exchange. We're open to an exchange anywhere. Tempt us!

Destination

We are most interested in the US, Canada, and Mexico as we drive to most anywhere. We travel with our small well behaved 15 pound dog. We are flexible with dates, except for when the house is rented, which is most of the summer months.
