Semi-detached modest family home on 2 floors with sunny balcony overlooking countryside. 3 bedrooms, one double, one single, one with double sofabed. 2nd double sofabed in lounge. Modern kitchen with good quality appliances. Newly refurbished bath/shower room and 2nd shower room. Small lawned garden. Parking off road.

Quartier

Quiet residential cul-de-sac on edge of Teignmouth - a small coastal town in South Devon. 5 mins. drive from beach, pier, promenade, shops and restaurants. Buses to town centre run from end of road. Local shop 5 mins. walk.

Lots to do and see locally - Teignmouth, Shaldon and Dawlish are delightful traditional English seaside towns. Dartmoor is 30 mins. drive away, as is Exeter which has a large range of facilities and excellent shopping.

Famous places such as Totnes, Dartmouth, Exmouth and Plymouth are all within easy reach.

This would be an excellent base for a family holiday spent exploring this lovely area of southern England.

À propos de nous

We are a family of 5,with our 2 elder boys living away at university. Richard (48) is a nursery teacher, Shan (50) is a hypnotherapist and Bowen therapist, and Rowan (13) is at school in nearby Dawlish. We have a very quiet dog called Jester who will be looked after elsewhere during the swap.
Our interests include music, walking (there are some wonderful walks locally), exploring ancient sites etc.

We speak very basic French and German.
We are vegetarian and non-smokers and would appreciate swap with same.

Destination

Open to all offers. Prefer within 1 hour's drive of airport/port. Latest date not flexible.
Strictly no smokers. Vegetarians preferred.
