Our 100 sq m flat has got 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower, a kitchen full equipped and à 30 sq m living room.
A balcony for breakfast or diner.
We have adsl internet connection and TV with DVD player.
Brigitte is the caretaker of the building.
The flat is on the third and last floor.
One parking.
The pictures we gave have not been take from our balcony !! but it's so close.

Quartier

Our apartment is 10 mn away from tube and train station, 2mn bus tation.
With our motobike (yamaha 125), you'll discover the city center and visit the sluice-gates of the "Canal du Midi".
In 2 minutes, you are on the road to the wineyards, the sea (1H30) or Pyrenees mountains (1h).
In summer, our neighbours are in holidays, so the building is quiet.
Food shops, a swimming pool and a skating-ring are close.
