New fully equipped 2 bedroom apt located on the top floor of a small 4 storey building. 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room with entrances to large veranda from where you can watch the boats coming and going in Ria Formosa lagoon, while you barbecue your own steak or just sit and enjoy a glass of great wine!

Quartier

Apt. is located in the town of Olhão in Eastern Algarve.
Eastern Algarve has its own distinct picturesque character with the country side dotted with citrus, almond and carob trees.
The town is lively with native fishermen, its unqiue and old Fish Market, great seafood restaurants and the famous natural Ria Formosa.
The regional capital of Faro with its international airport is 10 minutes away. The area's beaches are absolutely superb. Many are based on sandbanks or ilhas which can be accessed by boat accross Ria Formosa, a must for bird watchers, while a number of 18 hole golf courses are a reasonable drive away.

I am retired and have lived in Canada for the past 40 years. My wife teaches at the University of Toronto. Our children are now independent and we enjoy travelling as much as we can.
