Maison

Our house (around 100 square meters, with one floor) is spacious and comfortable, especially for young families with children
Very casual, it is located in the heart of a charming and quiet typical french village.

There are 3 bedrooms, one queen-size bed (2 pers), and two with child beds. There is also a sofa (convertible bed 1 pers.)

If necessary, we also have a baby bed with everything provided (towels, linens, etc.)..

There are two bathrooms (bath and shower). The living room area, which includes a very well equiped kitchen and a dining room, is a huge open space with hi-fi system, stereo, DVD, satellit TV, high speed Internet.

Outside, garden (around 300 square meters) with BBQ and swing. We also have two bikes with a baby carrier, and two 3 years old bikes.

Quartier

We are located between PARIS city center and Coulommiers.
Very safe and quiet environment. Ideal for a couple with two young children.

Tournan en Brie is a small quiet typical french village (http://www.tournan-en-brie.fr).

Our house is 3 min to convenience stores (we recommand you our excellent baker and cheese merchant!) and the subway station (easy access to public transportation: 50 min door to door to Paris Saint Lazare railway station...), 40 minutes from Paris Orly and Roissy Airports by car, and 30 mn from Disneyland.

If, like us, you like champagne, Reims (http://www.reims-tourisme.com) and Epernay (www.ot-epernay.fr) are one hour from our home.

À propos de nous

We are a couple, working in Paris for the Ministry of Economy and Finance (Treasury Department), with two small children (Charlotte, 6 years old, and Antoine 3). Our home is "childproof" and full of toys!

We are scrupulous about keeping a neat and clean household and will do the same for yours. Our children are active but well behaved. We seek exchanges with similarly well-maintained homes and exchangers who will take good care of our property.

Our first exchanges in Denmark (n°17159), and in England were a real success ! We give them our highest recommendations !!!

Destination

We would prefer a simultaneous exchange.
Our dates are flexible.

Duration is dependent on proximity and required travel. For instance, Australia & New Zealand would require a 14 day stay while Europe would be acceptable for a shorter stay.
