Our house is a 4 bedroom bungalow on 3/4 acre garden. Recently renovated with split level extension to the rear Large open plan kitchen, dining area and living space with utility room to the side with laundry facilities. Very bright and spacious. 4 bedrooms - 2 large double rooms, and 2 single rooms. 1 double room is at the lower level, with access directly to garden and second double is currently been used to sleep toddler and baby. Additional large living area on the upper level over looking the garden. Kitchen leads onto a large deck overlooking the garden. Garden has apples, plums, and gooseberry bushes and is very kid friendly with swings, slides and tree house.

Quartier

We live in Greystones - seaside town 20 miles south of Dublin. Wicklow mountains are 15 minutes drive away. Greystones Town centre is short walk from the house, where you will find lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants to take in the buzz of a summers day. Beach is about five minutes from town centre which has carried the Blue Flag for a number of years now. Local amenities include sailing, horseriding, tennis, rugby, football and golf to name a few.

The local light rail will bring you to Dublin City Centre in forty minutes.

2 adults, 4 kids (10, 8, 4,2), 2 dogs (who will be with my parents), 1 cat (sleeps outside, but will need feeding). Our summer holidays are usually spent enjoying the space around us while relaxing with a coffee on the deck. Daily trips to the beach and trips to Dublin to hit the shops for mum or cinema for the kids. We have a seven seater Espace which is available for exchange too. While our house is very well equipped for family living, lots of toys, bikes etc it is also ideal for quieter living and for those who enjoy long walks on the beach or taking a hike on the many picturesque walks which surround us.
