comfortable 3 bedroomed house on a new urbanisation within walking distance to the local town. the house is fully furnished.it has 3 floors.The top floor is a large sun terrace with views to the salt lakes A table,chairs and sun-loungers and during the summer months a private spa will be available.The second floor has 2 bedrooms 1 double with a private large balcony also wit a table and 4 chairs & 1 twin & a seperate bathroom with bath shower and bidet.The ground floor has a living dining area,seperate kitchen with all electrical appliances(no dishwasher)A small shower room with sink and toilet.The house is security alarmed.There is air conditioning and external blinds to keep out the sun if desired.Vcr/dvd combo, sat tv with a few english channels available.The house is comfortable and homely.As they say in spanish mi casa es tu casa.

Quartier

The House is situated in a quiet cul de sac.There is plenty of off road parking available and the house also has a parking area.At the end of the cul de sac is the commmunity swimming pool.Appprox 5 minutes walk will bring you to a small commercial centre with bars restaurants hairdresser and supermarket.The town of los montesinos is approx 15 minutes walk.It has banks,bars.cafes,restaurants,shops of all varieties,in short a lovely typical spanish town.The urbanisation is mainly english speaking with an international flavour.The nearest large town is Torrevieja approx 10 km away.it is a typical spanish seaside resort where in the summmer months the people from madrid tend to holiday.altho torrevieja has no train station it does have an excellent bus service connncting Torrevieja with many parts of Spain.About 10 km in the other direction is the town of Guardamar and its sandy beaches.we are within very easy reach of several golf courses and a water park.cinemas ten pin bowling and good shopping centre are also within 5 km.alicante and its international airport are 50 minutes drive as is Murcia airport.
The international resort of Benidorm lies about an hour away.Benidorm is probably the costa blancas best known resort,catering for all tastes.Also within an hours drive is the town of Elche with its world heritage listed palmeral.Most towns hold fiestas throughout the year and there is always something to see and do.If you are looking for a fairly peaceful break away from it all yet within easy reach of the neighbouring attractions then this is the place for you.

We are a same sex couple in our fiftys who have taken early retirement and decided to leave Britain for sunnier climes.We both love travelling and seeing as much of the world as posssible.We are both non smokers and would expect our home to remain the same.On occasion we would like to take friends with us(no more than 2)but you can rest assured that our friends as well as us would treat your home with the same courtesy that we would also expect in ours.

Destination

Idealy we would like a simultaneous exchange.We can be fairly flexible with dates or we would even consider a mutual hosting exchange with dates to be arranged between ourselves. all cities and regions would be considered
