Lovely home in a beachside suburb and close to the most popular Marina in Perth and 20km north of the city.

House is 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms - 1 downstairs with queen size bed and bathroom ensuite - Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and bathroom with separate toilet - 1 with queensize bed, one double bed and one used for storage.

Besides the bedroom and ensuite the downstairs has separate toilet, laundry, family room, kitchen, lounge and study. T.V, broadband internet, DVD, lots of books.

Outside is large carport for off street parking and back garden has a large courtyard, patio and large tree provides great shade. Bar-B-Que, dart board, chairs and tables all provided.

Buses at the door and train and freeway close by.

Car Swap is available also.

Quartier

The Neighbourhood is friendly with shops, cafes, marina and beaches within walking distance.
3 different bus routes are within 500 metres and freeway into Perth is only 3 or 4 km away. Trains run in the middle of the Freeway to Perth and Fremantle and further down to Rockingham and Mandurah south of the city.

Local attractions of our area include:
Marina - with fast ferry to Rottnest Island to see the quokkas, coral, diving, snorkeling, fishing, cycling (no private cars on the island but bus trips or cycling is the most popular) - lots of shops, kiosks, restaurants, tavern, entertainment precincts, aquarium, fishing. There is also a safe swimming beach.

Surf Beaches, Many parks - 6 within walking distance - Park with wildlife (kangaroos and birds), Large shopping centre, Cinemas, Libraries, Gyms, Recreational centres with swimming pools and indoor activities, Walking and Bike trails, Bushwalks, Lakes, several world renowned Golf Courses and many other courses - all close by.

National Parks, Wineries, Breweries, Cricket, Football, Soccer, Rugby, Baseball, Basketball, Horse Racing, Trotting, Art Galleries, Museums, Restaurants, Theatres, Night Clubs and Night Life are all available within a 25km radius and easy to get to.

Recently retired couple - a professional & a tradesman. So we have the best of both worlds - including a sense of humour.

We have taken early retirement and wish to see the world so prefer a house swap for several months at a time.

At this stage dates are flexible but we don't like the cold weather or the northern hemishphere winters.

Destination

Willing to travel and exchange at very short notice. Prefer the warmer months of the year
