Pinnacle Canyon contemporary furnished condo with fantastic views of the Catalina mountains in gated community. Large master suite with walk in closet. Second suite split from master making this ideal for a small family or two couples sharing. Everything in this condo is brand new (July 2007).


Close to fine dining and shopping. Refurbished in early 2007 and shows like new. Less than half a mile to Sabino Canyon for biking, hiking and walking.


All furnishings and appliances new in July 2007. There is a full size washer and drier in the unit. There is a 37" LCD TV with Directv (over 140 channels), DVD player, Wi-Fi access and telephone with free local and long distance calls. A toddler bed, full size crib or travel crib plus relevant bedding and a high chair can be provided by prior arrangement. We can also provide child size flatware, plates and cups/sippy cups. The condo also comes complete with an alarm system and it's own garage with opener.

The complex boasts a resort like pool and spa with outdoor fireplace and ramada within the community. There is also a fully equiped fitness room and business center with free access to a computer and printing.


Blessed with a warm and sunny climate, Tucson is a world-class destination for travel and golf. Nicknamed "the old Pueblo", Tucson is Arizona's oldest city with a unique blend of heritages. Home to some of the most spectacular golf courses in the Arizona desert.

Weare Keith, Claire and Bobby our 20 year old son. Keith works at the University of Arizona whilst I own my own business. Bob is studying. We are from the UK but now live in the USA. We are looking for a swap which enables us to visit our family for Christmas.

The temperature in Tucson will be around 65 degrees although we do get snow on the nearby mountains if you acre to ski.
