Maison

The property offers ground & first floor with a large under-build garage (all floors are accessable via interior stairs). A frontal patio area leads into the main build in which briefly comprises of living / dining room offering cable TV & ceiling fans, independent kitchen being fully equipped & ground floor cloakroom.

The first floor offers two double bedrooms both comprising of deep inset fitted wardrobes, air conditioning (hot & cold). One of these is a big bed for two people and the other bedroom has two beds. Located to the rear of the build are two sun balconies. Leading from the salon and the masterbedroom, access is gained from here onto a large sun solarium in which enjoys far reaching views.

Quartier

Our home is situated aprox. 7 kms. from the beach. in a big urbanization called La Marina where is three commercial centre with a lot of restaurant, sport complex, etc. A lot of inhabitants are of U.K., (our neighbours come from there).
Althought we have a private shared swimming pool in our property, a short distance from the accommodation is a fabulous communal swimming pool.
La Marina is located within a twenty minute drive of the airport of Alicante, and this is near the city of Alicante.

À propos de nous

We are a couple of 48 years old and travel with our 17 years old son. We live in Basque Country but we have this holidays resort in La Marina because we like the sunny days of Alicante. I work for the Administration and my wife in a call center.
We would like to do a non simultaneous exchange. We have holidays from 16 to 29 of June and we can offer our house all year except July and August.

Destination

This year we would like to know Andalusian, France coast, Paris, El Algarve, Rome, Milan or Venice.
It must be non simultaneous.
