We would enjoy to exchange with you our large (200sqm), luminary and comfortable apartment in which you’ll be able to benefit of all the modern conveniences. At your disposal, you’ll find four bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed with its private bathroom and a baby-bed, 3 children bedrooms one with two beds, one with one single bed, and an other one smaller with a single bed and its own shower. The living areas have marbs floors.
You'll find also a fast speed internet connection, a DVD player multizone, a piano, 6 bikes (3 of them for adults) and a lot of toys for young children.
And the best of all, it’s the amazing view from our spacious living-room (80sqm) on the Atlantic Ocean and the mountain of Anaga that you can enjoy every day!
Our apartment is also very practical in the day-to-day life and is designed for children.

We are also willing to swap our car which is for the moment a mini-van Volkswagen transporter (5 seats,manual with air conditioned). It can be used as a small camping-car.

Quartier

Ideally located as a touring base, our town offers easy access to the main cities of the island: Puerto de la Cruz, La Laguna, Las Americas...in around an hour and the tourist attraction of Teide Natural Park in similar time. The teenagers will enjoyed the loro park as well as the water park and the eagles park.

It’s only a short walk from our apartment (5 minutes) to get to a biking path and to Santa Cruz downtown amenities like: Cafes, shops, restaurants, cinemas, bowling, front sea swimming pools...
Ferries for eastern islands leaves within a 5 minutes walk from our apartment.
The great beach "Las Teresitas" is also only 3,73 miles drive from house and the beautiful complex of the swimming pools, designed by the architect Cesar Manrique, set up a seafront entertainment at only 15 minutes walk from the apartment.

We have been living in Santa Cruz for 6 years. Therefore we will be pleased to provide you with all the information for your holidays.

Santa Cruz is the capital of Tenerife with some 260,000 inhabitants. The majority of the locals live in and around this capital. The centre is easy to explore on foot, and though there are few real sights save for a couple of churches and some good museums, the pretty parks and plazas are pleasant to wander around.

À propos de nous

Let me introduce myself and my whole French family. My name is Sandrine, I'm 38 years old. I’m a marine Biologist with a speciality in Coral reef life. I’ve made the choice for a while to stay at home in order to take care of my 4 little daugthers. Jean-Yves, my husband, is a nurse. He's 52 years old and dedicate the majority of his time to work out best hollidays for disabled people.
Our main hobby is underwater phoyography. We always enjoy to dive in a new country.
We have four well-behaved girls which will take care of your house. Lea, borned in Martinique (French west Caribean island), is 11 years old and likes all kinds of sports and adventures. She's playing piano since 4 years.
Marion, borned in Senlis (in France), is 10 years old and appreciate specially theatre and singing.
Iona, borned in Creete, is 8 years old and a nature lover.
And Inès, borned here in Canary island, is 4 years old and for the moment wants spend just good time with all her family!
All of them are bilingual in French and Spanish (Greek before) and are learning English with a really big enthousiasm.
As you can noted we are a family used to travel all around the earth planet.
For the becomings years, we would like to discover Pacific islands, Africa, and South America but of course any suggestions are wellcomed. You have just to surprised us.

Destination

Pour nos vacances de Pâques nous recherchons avant tout une destination neige et de préférence du côté des Pyrénées pour une question d'accessibilité plus aisée depuis Barcelone ou San Sebastien.
Cependant, nous sommes ouvert à toute offre intéressante dans les Alpes côté français ou suisse.
