Maison

Our home is a 2 bedroom and den bungalow with 2 bathrooms. It was originally built in 1947 and was completely renovated in 1997/98. We have high-speed internet connection and central heating. The master bedroom has a gas fireplace and a large ensuite bathroom. In 2004 we embarked upon some landscaping. We have a large backyard with a wooden deck which is home to our natural gas stainless steel barbecue. You will also enjoy our vegetable garden, blueberry bushes, plum tree, apple tree, and cherry tree (depending on the season). Down in the yard we also have a paved outdoor living space for a nice quiet retreat as well as an outdoor fireplace.

Quartier

We live in a beautiful and quiet suburban area just outside Vancouver. It is well known for its green space with over 25km of walking, running, and biking trails. On one of the nearby trails it is not uncommon to see natural wildlife during an evening stroll. There are many parks nearby and transit is easily accessible. We are also conveniently located close to shopping, entertainment and other amenities.

À propos de nous

We have lived in Port Coquitlam since 1994 having moved out here from Vancouver. We enjoy being so close to nature and yet conveniently located to the city. We both work outside the home as well as regularly volunteering in our local community. We are both non-smokers and lead an overall healthy lifestyle. Currently we are studying Mandarin Chinese but are fluent only in English.

Destination

Currently we are primarily interested in Italy for Nov 2008 but would consider other European countries. We are also considering other countries for the future (2009, etc). Feel free to contact us if you are interested in visiting the Metro Vancouver area this upcoming year or beyond.
