Our Villa has four bedrooms with private bathroom, air conditioning, spacious living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool, and a palm-thatched gazebo to entertain friends or take life easy.
In accord with the hallmark feel of the development, the design of these single-family houses was inspired by the Mexican haciendas, complete with patios and indoor fountains.

Our villa is right in the Isla Navidad's 27-hole Golf course. It's one of the two golf courses in Mexico that have received the "Gold Medal Award" distinction from Golf Magazine. The beach is a 2 min walking distance. The hotel Grand Bay is 3 min away by car where you can go fishing, hunting, excursions, horseback riding, shopping, tennis, volleyball, kayaking, fishing, spa, 4 Wheel motorbiking, eco tours, sailing, snorkeling, water skiing, water bikes, wave runners, wind surfing, yachts for rent or just hanging out by the pool, which will make your visit at the Grand Bay your most enjoyable vacation yet.
It is located 35 minutes north from Manzanillo’s Playa de Oro International Airport.
It's in a quiet and safe neighborhood where there are 7 other villas.

We are a very loving mexican family of 5. We live in Guadalajara, Jalisco which is a 3 hour and a half driving distance from our beach home in Colima. We are very flexible with our dates, so whenever you wish to visit our villa just contact us! Isla Navidad Resort is a world recognized resort, come check it out for yourself!
