Large (2000 sq. ft.), bright, sunny modern house, in the hills above San Francisco Bay. Beautiful views, and less than 10 minutes drive from shopping/restaurants/subway to San Francisco (drive to San Francisco 20-30 minutes). Internet, TV, jacuzzi tub, large decks/balconies, two large bedrooms, two large baths, and one half bath, large living room, dining room, and kitchen. Car can be included in exchange.

A very friendly cat also is included (or can be cared for by friends so you don't need to).

Quartier

Very quiet modern residential neighborhood in the hills. It is like being in nature but very close to the the city. You can walk in 5 minutes to a view of the whole San Francisco Bay area. Also close to several regional parks where you can walk, bike, and relax in the redwood trees. Ten minutes by car from Berkeley shopping/dining/university, and half an hour by car/subway to the center of San Francisco. You will completely relax in this area...but be close to all of the amenities in the San Francisco Bay area.

Destination

This year I would prefer a mediterenian country: Italy, Spain, Turkey, etc., but am open to other places. I will most likely exchange in Sept/Oct. I also have a small simple summer cabin (one-room house that sleeps 4) in the Sierra Nevada Mountains that I would consider exchanging non-simultaneously.
