Maison

We own a new detached house spacious and comfortable with a large garden.There is a big kitchen with an aga and lots of space for dining and spending time relaxing over a meal.We have 5 upstairs bedroom all with stunning views.1 ensuite main bedroom with an electric shower.Large sitting room with a stove,TV,DVD,VCR.There is a playroom for younger children with a playhouse and (too many!) toys.We also have tree house and trampoline. We have another larger playhouse outside we use for our piano and guitars. There's a computer with broadband,a large hall,a bathroom downstairs,ajoining a laundry room,.Our house has an old stlye feel to it with many qauint and quirkey features 200 metres from the Atlantic Ocean.

Quartier

We live in the countryside surrounded by rugged landscape 200 metres from the Atlantic Ocean there are two beautiful beaches in walking distance.Benbulben(Irelands only tabletop mountain)is 3miles away and is clearly visible from our house.We are 5minutes from a small country village(Grange) which has shops,restaurents and traditional pubs with Irish music regulary. For the music lovers its very easy to find a wide range of music played live around Sligo. There is a family run horse riding stables specilising in beach treks 10minutes drive.Sligo the main town within the region is 20 minutes by car it has a good variety of shops and entertainment.Also there is the fun sea side town of Bundoran with a water park,funfairs,cinemas,playgounds and beautiful cliff walks which is 15 minutes drive.In the local area you can go golfing, on boat trips, fishing, surf schools, adventure centres, scuba diving, sailing, snorkelling, hiking, mountain biking, go-carting.We have bicycles if you would like to explore the countryside and see the attractions such as lissadel house and gardens,glencar waterfall and the pretty sea side village of mullaghmore(old pier and harbour). We also have a Canadian Canoe, Surfboard, Body boards and Wetsuits for different sizes. All our photos are within a 40 minute drive and most are within 15. We live on a quiet country lane with friendly approachable neighbours and have family living close by if in need of assistance.

We are Anne and Philip(both in mid 40's) with 5 children(2 boys and 3 girls) ranging in ages from 8 to 18.We live in a quiet area beside the sea which suits us as we are outdoors and active kind of people. we enjoy all water sports and have a large range of interests(from surfing to music).Philip works for a lobster exporting company and Anne is a stay at home mum.We all enjoy walking,swimming,reading and exploring new places.This is our third houseswap and we look forward to hearing from you.

Destination

We would prefer to travel in Europe and would prefer a quiet location near seas, mountains or lakes. As we are constantly on the move we would like to exchange cars.
