Hello,

Exchange from 1 day to 1 week all around the world. 2 'tidy & nice' people max. I don't want necessarly to exchange the flat at the same time. I mean, for example, you can live at my place in February and I'll go to your place later on...

I'm 26y and living in a studio of 25 M² with a balcony of 4M² in Paris 19e,
3 min from the nearest commerces and metro (Télégraphe on line 11 or Pré Saint Gervais on line 7 bis). Door to door, it takes 20 min to get to the center of Paris (Chatelet). Very convenient.

Building consisting of 6 floors, has been renovated, calm, well-kept with intercom, lift and keeper.

Studio on the 2nd floor :

- Living room of 16.5m² furnished : wooden floor / furniture / table / cupboard / Double Sofa Bed 140 x 190 cm / TV 72cm / HiFi / internet + Balcony of 4m² (view on the road)

- Kitchen furnished of 3.5m² : fridge and freezer, washing machine, micro wave - lino on the floor
