Our well maintained detached house is in an attractive village setting. 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 2 toilets.

Downstairs: A large kitchen and dining room opening up to the sunny terrace facing south. There are 2 double sofas in the living room. There is 1 bedroom with a single bed opposite the bathroom.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 2 with single beds. 1 shower room and toilets.

Outside: A sunny garden with big trees, shady terraces, garden tables and equipment for sunbathing, a child swing, BBQ , bicycles and a tennis table. Shady parking. Inflated swimmingpool in summer.

Teyran is a quiet village, in a highly scenic area, well situated 10 km from Montpellier.

10 minutes from the A9 Motorway and Montpellier International Airport.
Scenic areas within easy reach : Pont du Gard (45min), Nimes (35min), Arles (45min), Millau (1h30min), Saint Guillem le desert (55 min), Millau (1h30min), Carcassonne (1h30),…

20 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea, its nice sand beaches, its bay front (Palavas-les-Flots, La Grande Motte); with swimming, sailing activities.

15 minutes from Montpellier downcenter with historic pedestrian area, and its famous galleries, museums, fine restaurants.

À propos de nous

Nous sommes une famille de 5, Pierre-Yves(44) Frédérique(43), Loïc (16), Olivier(14) and Myriam(11).
Nous aimons lparticulièrement les activités en plein air, randonnées, voile, VTT..;
Nous avons une chatte Cahuète et un poisson rouge peu exigeants mais dont il faudrait assurer le ravitaillement.

We are a family of 5, aged in our fourties, with 3 children 2 sons ( 15,13) and a daughter (11).

We all enjoy hiking, biking and discovering new scenic areas(away from busy towncenters).
Pierre-Yves is a Marketing engineer and Frédérique an English teacher.
We have not done a house swap before but we are keen to give it a try.
We would be grateful if you can keep an eye on our fairly undemanding she-cat and goldfish.
