Great Neighborhood with Park. Three Bedroom House on quiet Cul De Sac with great neighbors to have Friday Happy Hour with. Three Bedrooms, Large Master Bedroom with Deep Soaking Tub and separate shower. Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed and one other bedroom with single trundle bed. All with Heavenly Beds ( mattresses at Westin Hotels). Screened in porch overlooking Pool in fenced in Backyard. Large Kitchen with pub style table seating 8 that overlooks pool. Sitting Room, formal dining room and Large Living Room. Playroom with plenty of young girls toys and separate office. 15 minutes by car to downtown Historic Savannah and 15 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. We are located on Wilmington Island. Plenty of shopping locally with great restaurants.

Quartier

Our neighborhood is very family oriented. Plenty of kids out on the streets playing, very safe. There is a park within the development and neighbors are very nice, but not intrusive. Great for walking or bike riding (three bikes, mens, womens and young girls). Tennis courts and tennis lessons, Book Club and Bulletin Board at entrance with any goings on.

I am a stay at home Mom and my husband works out of the house for Starwood Hotels, Caribbean. Our daughter is 6. We love to travel, but are more limited now that she is in school. We love the beach and spend many days during the summer there. We have plenty of beach stuff..chairs, toys, umbrella and a wonderful contraption that holds it all and rolls it through the sand.

Destination

Dates are flexible, summer is preferred. This can be a non sinultaneous exchange. We are interested in Everywhere. We would like to see and/or go back to Greece, Croatia, Ireland, Malta, Indonesia, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Scotland, UK and any beautiful Island and of course, places in the US.
