Maison

It is a 80 msq, three bedrooms flat, one living room, one kitchen and a bath. it has a modern and practical decoration, and its really quiet, with only two neighbors at the same floor. My moms house is at 200 metres and her comunity has swiming pool and 10.000 squ. meters garden, with football and kids playground, so even in summer you can come, and get fresh after visiting the city. our appart is located at the best area of Madrid, near almost every where and at the same time it is a residential district. The underground/metro takes 15-20 minutes to get to the airport and there are 7 bus lines and 2 metro lines to get to Madrid´s historical center in about 20 minutes. there are many restorants and magasins just around the corner.

Quartier

The neighborhood is a residential one, but the street behind us is very comercial, with little shops, cafeterias and one of the most important food market of Madrid, el Mercado de Chamartín. There are parks where we use to do night picnics at summer and where the kids feel free and save at the same time. We are also very close to de auditorium center, with an interesting clasical musique program and as I said before we are close to almost every where in Madrid. 20 min. to the Puerta del Sol, parque del Retiro; 30´museo del Prado, thyssen or Reina Sofía.

À propos de nous

we are three, I am journalist but I work as comercial manager for a french company. My sons are 2 and 9 years old, that´s why we are constraint to travel during school holydays. I do speak English (as an american) french and italian. So you are wellcome to write in any of those langages.

Destination

we are flexible in our dates and places.Only scholar holydays constrain us so I will like to study all kind of exchanges because there are many places that we don´t know at all. so please contact us.
