Maison

We own a large house near the mountains in the Northern region of Montreal, it was built in 1999. The house is situated on a nice half wooded land. We have an above groud heated pool and a spa. The house counts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a washing machine and dryer, for the laundry, ther is a dishwasher, a fire place in the living room, high speed internet connection, satellite TV....Everything you could need.

Quartier

We live in a quiet neighbourhood, this is why we chose to be 45 minutes from Montreal! We are at a 2 minute walk away from trails in the woods, 10 minute drive from the beautiful village of St-Sauveur and all the ski centers. This neighbourhood is the nicest in Prevost, very family oriented but with nice larges lands so, in the summer time (when there are leaves in the many trees around) you can`t see the nieghbours houses around! Very private.

À propos de nous

We are both federal gouvernement employees, living totally happy here with a 6 years old daughter and a 15 years old son. We are addicted to travel, so here we are!!
We are very responsible and honest people.
We are bilingual french and english, and working hard on our spanish!
