Maison

The flat is on the second floor of a two story building. There are two bedrooms, out of which the master bedroom will be available. This room has a queen-sized bed, a computer with DSL, a stereo and a TV with cable. The living room is furnished with comfortable couches and a second TV, also equipped with cable. In the dining room, there are several sets of place settings and several sets of dishes for everyday use, or for entertaining. The atmosphere on the whole is warm and intimate, with the perfect temperature in both hot and cold weather.

Quartier

Our neighborhood is pleasant because it is always quiet. The only sound you'll hear at various times throughout the day is of the children in the school at the end of the street. Most of all we love that both the shopping and cultural centers of the city are accessible by foot or with a quick busride. The symphony and the opera are close enough to walk to. In a car, you can get to almost anywhere in the city within ten or fifteen minutes, and by public transportation it is not much longer.

À propos de nous

I am 60 years old, and I work as a recruiter for a university in the city. I have lived in my apartment for the last twenty five years, since my daughter was born. My daughter is a student in the city and lives at home. I have a passion for decorating, which you might gather from the colorful walls and the bookshelf full of Martha Stuart and others. I am also fascinated by other languages and cultures. My daughter and I both speak fluent French. I lived in Europe for several years, and now we go back every one or two years to visit friends, particularly in Paris.
